Michael C. Scherrer is a certified public accountant with over 25 years of experience including national, regional, and local accounting firms.  His expertise includes accounting and auditing, income tax planning and preparation, and financial consulting for individuals and businesses.  These are just some of the businesses that he has helped with their tax and accounting needs: restaurants, retail, real estate partnerships and brokerages, construction contractors, doctors, dentists and attorneys.

He is a member of the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants (ASCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).  He is a past member of the ASCPA Reporting Standards and Ethics committees, Tempe Tri-City Rotary and Chandler Kiwanis, and former chairman of the Chandler Chamber of Commerce Small Business Assistance committee. Michael is a graduate of the Chandler Chamber of Commerce L.E.A.D. (leadership education and development) program.

He is an Arizona State University graduate and lives in Tempe with his wife and two dogs.
